Getting Organized
Well its a new year and I’m trying to get my technological life together, specifically when it comes to solidifying how I organize and remain at max productivity.I love using Linux as my main computer because it challenges me to learn more but also because you have so much more control over the system and functionality. Being more in the terminal, I’ve been less attracted to GUI’s and really just enjoy the simplicity of the command line. Lately, I’ve been re-configuring my system organization and functionality to the point I use nearly all command line programs. I’m slowly identifying more areas to apply automation improving how I work day to day and maximize what works for me.
That’s the issue I’ve had for so long. Trying new programs and systems and nothing ever felt like it was an organic work flow for me. There are a lot of great Linux enthusiasts to learn from out there to get ideas on how you can incorporate their work flow into your lifestyle to maximize your output. I’ll be sharing more as I go continue. Before I focus on some other projects I had planned, I want to settle my workflow once and for all!
